Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current life circumstances and experience. Through dialogue and discovery, we will work together to create a personalized vision of the mama and woman you want to be.

I want to help you identify the “sticky spots” that are keeping you stuck and offer you support to move forward and gain clarity as to where you should be investing your precious, limited energy. We will create small and larger goals to help you progress toward your vision.

I have so much going on, how will I fit this into my life?

The goal of coaching is to make it work for you. Coaching sessions are done over the phone or Zoom (no commute time!), are scheduled around your availability, and weekly sessions can be 30 minutes if that works better for you and your family.

Nothing is really wrong, but I feel like things could be better. Would this be a good fit?

Yes! I love to help moms with fine-tuning and honing in on the specific areas that need a bit of ironing out. We can work on creating specific goals and tweaking things to get them just right.

I want to make a career change, will this help?

Hell yeah! I love a Girl Boss moment. Motherhood should not stop you from reaching for your career goals. Let’s do it!

I am really struggling with my partner. I carry so much of the weight of the household on my shoulders. Can this help?

There is almost always one partner who carries a much bigger load when it comes to managing the daily responsibilities. Coaching can help you maximize any time you do have for yourself and identifying your larger support system We can also prioritize building skills and confidence around asking for help and reassigning some of your responsibilities in a way that feels safe and secure for you and your partner.

Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale rates?

Let’s talk! Everyone’s situation is unique and there are times where this may make the most sense for both of us.

What if I don’t know what I want to work on?

Coaching was made to help you answer this question! If you are feeling like you need to grow or change things up, but don’t know where to start, coaching is a perfect option for you.

I am struggling to figure out how to merge my pre-baby and post-baby identities. Will this help?

Definitely. We can work together to highlight the strengths you came into motherhood with and make sure that you can prioritize taking care of your family without losing what makes you special — your strengths, values, passions, and hobbies.

Can you help me with health and wellness goals?

Absolutely! We can work on increasing self-care, improving sleep, moving in ways that bring you joy and help to heal your body, and feeding your body and mind with the things it needs to thrive.

I Don’t have any time to step away from taking care of my little(s).

This is designed FOR busy moms. While I would love for you to have an hour for yourself each week, I know that may not be feasible. As a fulltime multitasker, you may need to take care of your little one(s) while we connect and we will make that work!

Could I do coaching instead of therapy?

While coaching is not a replacement for therapy, it can be tremendously beneficial in tandem. If at any point I feel you could benefit from the additional support of a mental health professional, I will be transparent with you about that. And I encourage those who are working with a therapist to let them know about our coaching.
